The platform is more about deep fan engagement than traditional Social Media is. There is no requirement to post several pieces of content each day. Arena Vantage has a Content creation department in house who are available to compliment the athlete's own creativity, with each flowing ideas into the other. Arena Vantage are creating a comprehensive database of templates that can be customised, where required, dependent on the athlete and the sport they are involved in. Over time we will build knowledge around what works well and what didn't. Ultimately the athlete will be in charge of the workload that they put in and will benefit from the more engagement they undertake.

We have several image protection policies in place. The athlete is in complete control of their own channel in terms of providing value for money. A low entry cost per MemberChip will be viewed as exceptional value for money. In addition they can support charities and worthwhile causes via MemberChip wave issues. The company will also engage in charitable and worthwhile cause donations, and ensure that positive PR is gained in the collaborative support of emerging athletes. We will put in place algorithms so that fans damage the athletes brand with comments. It's a two way street, and we also need to ensure that Arena Vantage's brand has protection too. Our Terms & Conditions will enable us to quickly and efficiently control who is visible on our platform and we will investigate what other insurances need to be in place for protection.

Fan engagement is now commonplace and expected to continue to grow. The fact that a fan is required to buy MemberChipz to gain access to the athlete's channel' means that they are much more engaged than passively following the athlete on other social media platforms. The athlete is therefore engaging with their true fans. Our algorithms will ensure that the fan to athlete engagement is not of a negative nature, no abuse will be tolerated. Existing and future sponsors of the athlete will also have access directly to the athlete's fan base, with this access the athlete will be able to negotiate improved endorsement contracts. This is all in addition to the revenues that the athlete is able to create via the sales of their MemberChipz, share in trading commissions and share in the Chipz packs we will also create. In certain cases we will also grant equity share options to impact athletes.

Ease of platform functionality, the ability to post offers quickly and efficiently. Education of the requirement to offer exceptional value for money in order to protect an image, plus aid from the platform in creating content. The platform will enable us to monitor engagement posts from each athlete, allowing us to notify the athlete of their need to post.

Fans wouldn't purchase additional MemberChipz. Word would likely quickly spread. They are able to sell on the secondary market. In extreme cases we can suspend the sale of Chipz or new waves of Chipz.

Athletes have their own individual agreements with intermediaries, though in the case of the US college market less so. Many athletes may use a third party to deliver content, but our terms & conditions will negate a third party being in control of that content. In truth the athletes themselves generally insist on approval of content prior to it being posted, our T's & C's will add an extra layer. If an athlete changes that third party, they take that control with them.

Entry to athlete led competitions, prizes such as signed memorabilia, VIP experiences, rewards given by the athlete, discounts and offers from athlete sponsors, voting rights on athlete life decisions (see separate document for examples). In addition the athlete will be encouraged to post engaging material such as live Q&A's, post match celebrations / comment, live press conferences. The more Chipz bought the greater chance of winning and the greater weight in voting polls is gained.
